Super Easy Whole Wheat Pancake



Who doesn't love pancakes in the morning??!! Especially if they're whole wheat pancakes and less than 70 calories per servings!

This recipe is so perfect because it's short, simple, and to the point without all those funny ingredients, lol!

Give it a try, oh, and I used sugar free 35 calorie syrup, whoop whoop absolutely guilt free all the way around :)

Ingredients

1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
2 1/4 baking powder
1 egg
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or skim milk
nonstick cooking spray

Directions

Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another then combine.
Spray skillet with cooking spray, pour in batter and cook.

Makes about 5-7 cakes

Approximately: 68 calories per serving
